12kg lost in 3 month

from 87  kgs   to 75.2 k gs

and have reversed my Diabet 2 with keto diet
from insulin plus  4 metformin and 4 diasafe  daily
to  nothing
as far as i remember  my blood sugar was  higher  8,6 mmol
now under  7   today it was 5.3 at fast without any medication
will  give a full details  how  its works
have  done intermitent fasting 8/16 hours weeks days
